Outlandish ripoff

Where do I start.in January I purchased a vehical and had financing through Chrysler Finanacial. Since then I have had nothing but problems with this company. My billing date was on the 12th of every month, I would submit (pay by phone) payments on the 10th of the month to insure that the company would have the check in time for the billing cycle. I have also sent payments over the mail and it took them 20 days to process payment to the account.

Nearly everytime I would make a payment Chrysler Financial they would send me a statement with a $20.00 late fee and a $20.00 return check fee on my account. I would call my banking insitute and they would have no record of the check even processing. I send proof of this to Chrysler and they do not back off the charges of the fees. Over the past 2 years Chrysler has marked my credit as well as inconvienced me of several hours tring to get matters resolved. At one point I had a Supervisor of the name "Steve" tell me that the error is Chryslers fault (after arguing with him for over an hour) and if I don't stop complaining about it he will not remove any charges.

After about 15 months of this constant problem and talking to several supervisors they assured me that everything is resolved, I start getting statement for my monthly payment of $20.00 less then my car note and then a note of $40.00 miscellaneous fee. I don't understand how a company can continue to do this to clients and remain in buisness. I truly believe this company trains their employees on scamming the customer with bogas charges. If you have any advice on how to stop them please let me know.
