It starts with a free scan, and ends with a RIP-OFF Palma Mallorca

A little window appears on my computer that suggests I can have a free scan to find out if I have any Viruses or Spyware. After clicking yes, there begins a downloading of a program and I become conserned so I click cancel, but it seems it finished downloading its whole program. The next thing I know is that I am billed for a Anti-Virus and Anti Spyware program that I never ordered from a olace I've never heard of. I am totally baffled as to how they did it, but I guess once they're in your computer they can do whatever they want.
