Unauthorized credit card charges

I Have NEVER been to buy.com or any other site that uses that company let alone use my credit card! I would never use it online. Not these days! So how did they get my card number to use it? I did not know these people existed until i saw the name on my online statement an looked them up an saw all these poor people they have done this to. So now what do i do??? Other than contacting my bank? That was already done and a email sent to those people themselves... Now my account is cleaned out and im being charged overages for this!
