After cancelling account, ebay keeps trying to charge me and says they will for 6 months!

After cancelling my account 3 months ago, ebay is still trying to charge my credit card and they informed me that they will still charge me for 6 more months even though I don't have an account! This is deception and theft! I want prosecutions!
