Fraudulent ripoff business victimized many consumers

I am a person who has been misled by a company that either does not care for their own business or just is in the business to get peoples money. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for the past 12 days to cancel this but all you get in return is a recording,

All representives are currently assisting others, please leave your name, address, and pin and someone will contact you shortly. Needless to say I have not received a response for this and now I am a bit mad. The bad part is that the email address that they give you does not exist.
