I will not go into too much detail here due to privacy reasons of my own, but I can say that this company and its leaders are the biggest bullshitters ever. I have been fortunate enough to get a glimpse into the 'backoffice' of how things are dealt with here, and they scam the crap out of people left and right.

Basically, this real estate package costs close to $2,000, but you can get it at $797 on some deals. Numerous people have had issues with it and have requested refunds or membership cancellations, and, oftentimes, without being issued. My perspective is more from an employee point of view with them, though. They 'hired' me as an independent contractor/virtual assistant for them, although they neglected to sign an Independent Contractor Agreement or NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), and, one week later, they terminate me for unjustified reasons. They were slow to work with and failed to give me proper info about their systems and tasks - I had to practically ask/remind them. I wasn't expecting them to hold my hand the entire time and tell me every little detail, but it would have been nice if I had had something to work with at least.

Anyway, I told the boss' wife (she was the one who fired me, because apparently he was too much of a pussy to do it himself), that if, in the future, they sought to hire someone else, they shouldn't officially 'hire' anyone or promise the job to anyone if their intention is to simply test the waters with them for a week and then play cutthroat.

Bottom line, I've seen tons of real estate information out there that is cheaper and more informative than these people - and, to anyone who possibly gets hired by them, be careful and don't get your hopes up.
