Rip off using emails to spam

Not only has letmepay4you.com ripped off myself and several of my close friends to the tune of several thousand dollars, he is now using the list of those who he ripped off to send spam emails to about further cycling programs. He is also using bogus email addresses to send the spam from.

I contacted him when the website went down shortly after my friends and I had each invested at least $400 each into the program [a few days after Super Bowl]. Previous to that, I had gotten a few token payments that made the program look legitimate that encouraged us to invest further and invite friends.

His explanation of the site being down was he was 'arguing' with the server to get it back online. The site was NOT down and was no more than a blank html page.

No response to any emails have been received since the last lie that it was 'being worked on'.
