Unauthorized credit card charges

My credit card was charged without my knowledge for this so-called "service" provided by TLG Travelers Advantage. I never registered, or in any other way requested, this service.

In response to the employee that responded to original complaints about this company:

1. If you un-wittingly signed something, endorsed something, you didn't understand is it really the companies fault?

Yes, it is the companies fault because they are getting consumer credit card information from the credit card companies and registering people for their program without their knowledge. I, and many others, did not request this service or fail to READ something.

2. Removed from what? Again... If you don't sign or agree, or if you know what you are agreeing too then you won't have to ask because they'll be nothing to be removed from.

Obviously, there is some consumer information list that people need to be removed from so TLG doesn't continue to fraudulently charge people's credit cards. We NEVER signed anything!

3. I personally think you should be mad at the customer service rep down at the places you've mentioned in your report, that grabbed your hand and forced you to sign into our services. Or did they? You decide!

Customer service reps that had us sign up??? Hah! There was no rep that we even spoke to! The charges just showed up.

This so-called employee doesn't have a clue what he is talking about and this company is a FRAUD and SCAM ARTIST. They should be shut down and sued!
