Charged me for service i didn't know had signed up for and gave me no way to cancel...

I just don't understand what's going on. Even if i did sign up for what i was charged for they should at least give me someway to cancel my membership or whatever they are charging me for. I'm a college student and i can't afford to have these charges every month. It's really starting to piss me off. There has to be someway to make these people quit charging us.
