Did not honor 14 day trial period, refused refund of full charge, unable to contact to cancel prio

Attempted to cancel immediately after signing up, unable to get through. Called nine more times within 2 weeks, each time holding for over twenty minutes, to no avail. Coicidentally, on the 14th day after holding for fourty-two minutes, someone answered, but refused to refund the $49.45 that was charged to me this very day, the fourteenth day. I asked for a mgr, was told one wasn't available. I said I would hold, the agent said he would transfer me to their voicemail and they would call me back. I held again for fifteen minutes, but was never connected to anyone. I went to Better Business Bureau and filled a complaint, there was another phone number there so I called that number, was answered within 2 minutes. Asked to speak to a mgr after confirming that Talent, Inc is also Hollywood Profiles. The mgr was nice, looked up my account, and said that he can not refund, that on Mondays persons calling in are holding for 40 minutes (probably all people trying to cancel) and the call center handles over 6000 calls on Mondays. I said I didn't care, proper business etiquette is just that, and I have the phone records to prove my many attempts at calling. I also mailed in a request to cancel which they stated they have not recieved and that method will not be effective as a cancellation method, even though it clearly states in the contact that is an additional option.
