Ripoff fraud scam

I am very curious how this company received any information about me. I only received my first credit card a week ago. I have my phone number on the Colorado No-Call list— which might be why I have never received any type of telemarketing call from them.

However, I am worried how this company received my information. The other reports that I have read about this company on this site said that it was based on their credit cards. Since I haven't had mine for much more than a week, where did this come from? Any suggestions?
