I received an e-mail stating that I was pre approved for a USA Platinum card with a credit limit of 7,500. The only way I would recieve this credit would be to pay a one time membership fee of 149.99, witch would automatically be deducted from my bank account. I was told that this was a one time processing fee and this card would help me re-establish my credit. I have never seen the card to date. It was promised within 10 days. Never again will I let this happen. I will get my money back!!!
