Receiving unsolicited emails entitled "P.O. #1941763 waiting for approval"

I do not know if this is a rip off scheme or not however I continuously receive emails from Pulte Homes suggesting we have a contract and they are waiting for my approval. I have never had contact with this company or anyone from this company. I have received similar emails from this organization for several months. I cannot contact them re this siisue as I would not know where to start. Replying to their email gets me nowhere.
