JD Marvel Products ripoff business from hell

I also purchased 3 clear-vue super booster on Sept. 29. My check was cashed and as of today Nov. 8 I'm still waiting. I went to the internet to find a telephone of the company and it took me to this site.

Where it is plan to see I got rip off too. I'm going to notify the Better Business Bureau in New York to see if a class action suit can get started.
