Actor Rip off!

I was ripped off by this company when I received an e-mail offering me casting opportunities. I responded to the e-mail and I found a $49.95 charge on my bank account. I never received anything from them other than a phone call weeks after I responded telling me I would receive something from them in the mail. Nothing ever arrived. They have refused to refund the money because management says the billing was "good". They claimed that I had to cancel in two weeks after I signed up. Of course, I never received anything from them about that. They have another address than the one in Hollywood: 5715 Will Clayton Parkway, #5273, Humble, TX 77338.
