Ocaso Security Company S.A. Sent letter suggesting large win on Loteria Primitiva and to contact Mr Luis Gaby to process bank details - this is a ripoff

I received a letter from the above company today the 7th April suggesting that I rang Mr Gaby their Foreign Service Manager to process the prize money
(918,810 euros) that I had allegedly won to a designated account of my choice. My wife checked the Internet for details of this companies authenticity and came across several references to this comany as a scam.
