Withholding Child Support Payments

FLSDU are the state agency in the capital Tallahassee which seems to monopolize the processing or child support payments in the state of Florida.
They have deliberately refused to process a check for the month of March. They say the check is defective, but cannot say what is defective about it.
I called once, but only to get noninformation, what we already knew from the beginning. Several people, including myself, inspected the returned check, and found nothing unusual or defective about it.in fact, it contains exactly the same information in exactly the same form as all the many other checks I have sent there which had been processed and cashed at the bank.
Upon calling there and speaking to a Veronica, I was advised to call back in five business days for answers to my questions&Why was the check deemed defective and who said so? I called back in five days, but only to be given the same noninformation as before. Someone else called there, was kept waiting on the phone for 20 minutes, and was also given the same noninformation which we had already known from the beginning, that they had returned the check, but they could not in any way validate their judgement that the check was defective.
I wrote a letter about it to the office of the governor of the state, which ended up with the department of revenue, and there came another letter from someone named Sila Miller. This letter contained absolutely no information whatsoever about why they said the check was defective, but did use a delaying tactic saying they could see to the matter in two more weeks.
We have been at this for about a month now, and nobody can answer a simple two questions, and, as usual, noboby can be held accountable.in the meantime, my children received no money for the month of March.
I am one of the relatively few my age who was born and raised in Florida. The state has a history of torture against children, abuses of human rights, terrorism, and of being a criminal enterprise. They have to be held accountable. If you allow government to place themselves above the law and above accountability, you are making a very big mistake.
