Multiple charges to my account

I lease a credit card processing machine from Lease Finance Group. I was supposed to pay $32.43 per month. I think I have a 4 year lease.

Last August I switched banks and forgot to inform Lease Financing Group about the change. Therefore, that months payment to them was returned. They charged me $45.00 for the account closed incident, I paid it...

Ever since December, I have been receiving 2 bills per month from them. Each is adding the monthly charge to my account. I am only paying the single payment, but I keep getting a previous balance.in January, I started receiving many phone calls from them (starting at 6:00AM and ending at 10:00PM). I finally talked to them and they said I was behind, I trusted them without looking at my bank statements. I paid a total of 3 months worth of charges at that time. This was in January and I was told that this caught me up (it included January's payment). It is now March, I received my invoice from them today. It says that I am 3 months behind! I looked at my bank statement and there was a charge for February's payment.

I called them today. I asked them what was up. He told me that the last payment they received from me was in January. I told him that I am looking at my bank statement right now and I see a payment to them on 2/4. After a short pause, he says, yes I now see it. He then tells me that all I owe is 32.43 (the current month's charge). This is down from the ~98.00 that was listed on the invoice I had just received. I asked him why I keep getting invoices for more, I would like to get it cleared up. The story changes again, he then says that I missed December's payment. I tell him that I have a statement from December showing payment made. A short pause... And he hangs up on me!!! Can you believe that! I was talking VERY calmly to him and he was talking calmly to me. It was a normal conversation. Who in the world am I dealing with here. I call back and talk to the operator. I give her the short story... She hangs up on me!!! I am in shock!

I am really looking in to how I can get out of this lease. If anyone can help me out, let me know. I guess it is a 4 year lease (from what I hear). But don't they have a part to live up to on their side of the lease? That is, if they are double charging me, don't I legally have the right to get out of this lease? To clarify, I signed a lease for $32.43 per month, not for $64.86 per month.
