Digimart.com - second time this has happened! First-digimart.com, second-bestdigimart.com. Stop these people!

In October a charge showed up on my Visa for $4.95 from digimart.com. Now, in March a charge has shown up for $6.95 from bestdigimart.com, obviously the same outfit as digimart.com no longer exists.
These people are obviously scam artists and need the full brunt of the law brought upon them. I will assist in any way that I can. It is quite unnerving to know this company has access to my Visa account and can charge at will. I have never had any dealings and have never heard of this outfit. It is not the amount in question (small), it is the principle, as there is no way to know how many people they are scamming.
