Annoying voice mail about collection

I keep getting calls from NCO Financial Systems, Inc which says they are a debt collection company and leave a voice mail with the number 866-248-6423 to call with Reference ID. When you call that number they have an answering machine on to leave a message for Sirius Satellite.

I tried calling the NCO office at 800-220-2274 who said for my phone number I need to call 800-877-4127. The person at that number has no info regarding my phone number and send me to her supervisor which immediately went to a voice mail. I called the 4127 number back and this time they said I need to call 800-227-4000.in most cases they do not give a name or it some unusual name that I've never heard before.

The man at the 4000 number put me on hold and I've been there for 17 minutes so far which gives me the time to file this report. I hung up and called back and the line was busy. Nothing left to do but call the FCC I guess.
