Inc. They sent me a check to cash and money gram money to someone then sent, the check back and now my account is -$3,000, and they won't answer the phone

So I called on an ad in the newspaper for a customer service job, that pays well. So I talked to these people and they sent me a check and information on what the job intails and I cashed the check for $2,990 and $2,585 was to be money grammed to a Larry Warren in Canada and $105 was for the service fee, and I was too keep $300 of it for doing the job. Well I did what I was suppose to and then a few weeks later, I called on my account to see how much money I had and I was -$3,000!!! I have tried many times to get a hold of this company and they never answer or they put me on hold then hang up on me. Now, my bank is trying to get something figured out and I'm in the process of contacting the better business bureau to see if they can help me solve this problem, because I don't have that kind of money and if I did I wouldn't be looking for a job in the paper.
