Failure to perform - default of contract

I agreed to have SEO WHOLESALE create a new site for my business. They assured me that the site would have a "wow" factor and be something I would be proud of and would be professional. Regarding completion date the contract states: "SEO Wholesale and the client must work together to complete the project specified (above) in a timely manner. We agree to work expeditiously to complete this project. Time frame of website is 20 business days. Depending on how many products on the website it could take up to 60 business days. All sites are done within the 60 business day mark."
This time frame expired a week ago.

What I have "received" is a very shoddy website which looks like a 6th grader made it. The background image was taken from my old site and a promised "logo" is nothing more than a curly font.

The site went up on Jan 21,08. At that time I told representatives via email and phone that the site was NOT what I wanted. I told them about broken images/links and a problem with an outdated hit counter.
To date this has not been resolved.

In contacting Mike Libby and telling him the contract had expired without a satisfactory completion, and that I wanted my money back, he stated "that's not going to happen" and "we can do this the hard way or we can do it the easy way" He then said that the site would be "perfect" by the end of the week. All problems mentioned remain and now no one at SEO is returning calls or answering emails.

Additionally, they have now changed their name and have new phone numbers.
