I advised Mr. Dortch from the very beginning
I was a male to female transexual and all that
I wanted to do was to learn Aikido and better myself
in the martial arts. He lied to me and told me he would "tolerate"my "behavior" despite the fact I would be "stressing out the dojo" by allowing me to learn in his school. I have been the target of discrimination from Mr. Dortch from the onset with hostile and
deliberate attacks on me from fellow students,

I.E. Mr. Dortch told students to be deliberately rough on me, in the hopes I would drop out of his school clearing him of any liability. I advised him on
several occasions of this rough treatment and his reply was, "hey, that's the way we "learn"", "you can't expect to fight tough unless you are treated roughly"
Additionally he told his other instructors
to use me as a Guinea pig in "training" the other students and deliberately had told the instructors to be "extra rough" on me during my training.

I have been the victim of verbal harassment could not change in the locker room, as per "Mr. Dortch's agreement
with me "allowing" me into his school and was incessantly verbally harassed by both other students and his instructors. I heard him on the telephone speaking to someone on the telephone stating, "yeah, he's here, your welcome to come by anytime and kill him", and "his
friend is also here waiting for him"."You can go ahead and shoot him in the parking lot anytime you like".

I paid Mr. Dortch $80 I got from my friend who happens to work very hard for her money. Not only did he cash the check, but after he did, threw me out of the dojo, told me to go to hell when I asked him for my money back stating, "it will be a cold day in hell before I
return your money, you freak!" "Stop calling me on my cell phone, you piece of s*t!" and hung up on me.

Mr. Dortch preaches to his class under the false concept of discipline and self motivation, when in fact he hypocritically discriminates against anyone he feels like it, because he seems to feel because it is "his"
dojo he can do whatever he feels he wants to.

PLEASE see to it Mr. Dortch doesn't do this to anyone else by revoking his license to practice business in the State of New York so he can't harm anyone else in the fashion he did to me.
