Deceptive name, unresponsive representatives, unauthorized charges with no consideration!

"All axxxess", all access? No way! I entered this site with the advertised anticipation of some kind of access to material. I found a completely unresponsive site, and contacted the company with 11 requested pieces of information and the query, what's up?

I got no response from my effort. I found the next morning that I had two charges pending to my account. A $5 charge, which was to be refunded, and a $39.85 charge, the existence being denied by webjtcharge's representative, Sherry. Having examined the main page of the site, and having read section five of their terms and conditions, I was led to believe that in addition to access to pictures, live web-cams would also be accessible.

Sherry unilaterally cancelled my account in an e-mail, and informed me that my $5 charge would be refunded. Again inquiring of AllAxxxess, I received another request for the 11 pieces of information I had already submitted. I this time called webjtcharge, and told them that I'd received nothing for my payment. How can a company charge an unknown amount for services never received?

I told this second representative, Hero, that I wanted to cancel everything, and as soon as the pending charge is taken from my account, I intend to challenge this transaction with my bank.

This site buys advertisement from whom? This is not deceptive practicing?
