Artificially inflated Escrow Account

Aurora Loan Services has got to be the sleaziest mortgage company I have had the misfortune of encountering, and I have dealt with quite a few.

Now, the gimmick is they paid my water bill, (it was a double bill admittedly) and that gave them an excuse to add on to my account an exorbitant artificially inflated escrow account. After coming to my rescue with the water bill, they paid the last quarter of my property taxes which amounted to roughly $1,500. So that with the water bill, we are talking $2,500 they expended.

This mortgage bill had $1,000 dollars tacked on to the monthly with a statement that they expended $8,000 on my behalf. My yearly property taxes don't amount to $8,000. I called demanding verification for this amount that they supposedly paid, and to whom and they will get back to me. And in case you think it has to do with property insurance, I pay the full amount yearly, so there is nothing due on that bill.

I have got to take legal action. They are sucking the life out of me and family.
