Charged $14.95 not once but twice on same phone bill

I reveiwed my online billing statement for my phone service and there were two charges of $14.95 from a company I have never heard of. After searching the company on the web I found many sites of complaints (myiproducts). I do not use voicemail services.

My next step will be to contact the BBB. I will be contacting this unknown company on the next business day but from what I read from other victims of this scam I may not get the problem resolved.

This company should be prosecuted for what they are doing.
