Credit Card scam by Hoodia

Just found others have been scammed by this company. Looks like a class action suit for Hoodia. I paid the shipping for my 30 day trial, returned it, unopened to the company. Two weeks later they have charged my credit card $69.95 and I didn't have any of their product. It arrived, yesterday, Mar. 1.
I have notified my credit card company of this scam and am in the process of notifying those Troubleshooters we see on the news. Maybe if enough of us start getting this scam in the news, something can be done.
