Many people have been taken advantage of by www.creditdiagnosis.com, and they have taken many steps to protect their fraudulent activities by not listing with the Better Business Bureau, not listing any valid addresses, and only listing (1) customer service phone number which they use only to obtain personal information from you. 800-569-8937.

I spoke with a thick-accented, dim-witted man named Kevin ID# 1218 and a mumbling slow-minded fellow named Bran, or Brandt ID# 5169. Both of them attempted to obtain personal information before answering general questions about the website, and each and every time I demanded to speak with a supervisor, they hung up.

This company claims to provide you with credit information, but the truth is they probably can't as they tried to show me details on my credit report that aren't mine from companies I've never heard of, or dealt with. They also tried to tell me that I've lived places that I haven't. This leads me to believe that they ask private information questions in order to fill their database, possibly to defraud the very consumers requesting reports.

The good news is there is a government agency that will look into their activities. If you have been taken advantage of by Credit Diagnosis, DO NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT, no matter how small your loss was, they need to be shut down.
