Billing fraud trying to get personal information, etc

Continue billing from stamps.com for $47.85 each time. Each billing asking for updated credit card information, address, and signature. They start out advising that service fees to the credit card associated with the account were unsuccessful. Then they ask for you to provide them with new credit card information. The envelope had a Los Angeles, CA. Return address and the letter had a Dallas, TX address. After talking with a representative who was very hard to understand and advising I thought this was nothing but fraud and I was going to turn the information over to the Postal Inspector, he said he would cancel my account and I would receive no further billing. We have never, ever, used stamps.com, shame on them.
