Well back in sept of 07' out of the blues i started to have severe headache, pressure behind my head & neck an also dizziness. Mine doctor send to have a mri of the brain to make why was i getting these headache the mri was normal, as time passes by it got better.

Then the pain came back even worse well then he decide to get again a mri with contrast it showed this time left sided paracentral disc herniation c5-6 which was causing severe bilateral numbness, weakness into my hands. Now i'm a medical assistant/phelombist for 22 1/2 yrs. An also difficulty with walking. An i had surgery on dec 12 which i was out of work for 1 1/2mos. An also my husband was home cause he had surgery but he was getting paid. But me nothing.

I kept sending in my claim forms which my employer fill out their part an also my doctor filled out their part also they kept saying. That it wasnt readable. They were missing some forms. An i told them that all you sent me. I was constantly on their butt! They are taking mine money out from mine paycheck. Oh no no one is getting away with this.

Then they said well the doctor didnt explain how you got injury what cause you to have the surgery. I told it just happen what else do you need me to say. I dont know how this happen one day i got up from the bed or something which i cant remember and i couldnt move my neck.

Still from this date no check from aflac, but i'm not giving up til i get my money. I'm going to keep on fight for what mine!

For anybody out there dont believe nothing from aflac. All they want is the money!
Well money there getting from innocent people who work hard. Thinking that aflac was on their side. But no there out for themself. That all
