Dear Robert Perez:

I sent both Nurit terminals without paper to Nova Merchant Group, parent company of Ladco Leasing, according to your website (http://www.novainfo.com/about-us/brands.Asp). According to the United States Postal Service it was delivered to Nova Merchant Group, 7300 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920 at 9:49 am on July 23.

According to Nurits 2085 terminal data sheet a single Nurit 2085 terminal without paper weighs 2 pounds 1 ounce. My Certified Mail Receipt dated July 20th states the postage paid was $18.30 plus $2.65 certified fee.

Domestic Priority (3 day) postage for 7 lbs 0 ounces from zip code 99709 to zip code 37920 was $18.30. Clearly both Nurits were included if they weigh only 2 pounds 1 ounce each. Power supplies and pin pad included weighed 7 pounds.

In light of your previous threatening phone calls to my home and business, I would like to be reimbursed for the charges taken out of my bank account (account ending in #xxx) for the terminal I sent you on July 20. This was approximately $30.00 monthly from August to February. I would also like to reimburse for the stop payments FNBA charge me for two stop payments on 11/07/200/ and 12/10. These charges total $36.00.

Finally, I would like the CEO of Nova Information Systems to take time out of his/her busy schedule to write a letter of sincere apology for the hours I lost researching this and lost productivity your errors have caused my business.
