The company said an individual can try their tea at no cost except to pay for shipping cost of $6.95. When I decided I didn't want the tea they already charged me $37.00 dollars within 10 days of receiving the tea. When I cancelled online they would'nt give me a confirmation number and charged my account another $19.95. I feel this company is deceptive and a ripoff!
