My problems with Roger Osborn

Do not use Integrated Tax Solutions nor Nevada Corporate Headquarters. I hired this company to do my prior tax returns, actually the 2002 to the current year. They did them all wrong. The chief at ITS, Roger F. Osborn, is a complete dumb waste, an idiot. He tell me that hed personally take care of my tax matter that Integrated Tax Solutions screwed up.

For three and a half months while I was being hounded by a revenue agent in the IRS, I called, emailed and sent letters to Roger Osborn, Terry Novack and Cort Christie. I left messages and they went unanswered to Roger Osborn. The two times I did contact him, he hung up.

In desperation, I hired an EA, and he cleared up the mess with a refund in less than four weeks. When Roger Osborn got wind of this, I had discovered from the EA that the EAs identity had been assumed, no stolen, by Roger Osborn. Roger Osborn also, as this EA discovered, sent out what is called a Power of Attorney and Osborn forged my signature, probably to cover his behind with Osborns bosses.

I registered a complaint with the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration through their 800 hotline. I registered a complaint with the Nevada Attorneys General office, a consumer complaint against Integrated Tax Solutions and Nevada Corporate Headquarters.

Im, too, seeking a lawsuit personally against Roger F. Osborn. Mu attorneys investigator, a CPA, also, tells me that Nevada Corporate Headquarters is a shell and Integrated Tax Solutions is a shell. His investigation shows that we are making the case to pierce both corporations and go after all officers, investors, all involved in Nevada Corporate Headquarters and Integrated Tax Solutions. One officer, a Derek Rowley is gratefully in Utah, where any fraud, even by an employee of an out of state company as I was told by my attorney, we can go after this officer directly in Utah. Utah has some old outdated laws with corporations on the books which do not protect oficers of companies not residing in the state they are located in.

My attorney spoke with a Frank Hales, the head of the auditing department in Utah about this Derek Rowley. Been told that Utah has been investigating this Derek Rowley for a couple of years. If we cant nab him in Nevada, we can always nab him in Utah.

Roger Osborn owns property in California, so we can deal with him there.

It seems from the investigator that Cort Christie is involved with some kind of international gold con between California, the Philippines and Nevada in something called the Phoenix Project.

I look forward to the day when these con artitists are finally shut down and sit in jail.
