I went to the campus to meet with an admissions advisor. He was very nice, told me all kinds of stories about his journey to finish school and how basic it was to get through the courses I had expressed concern about because I had no knowledge of them in previous education. He assured me that it was all a very basic class and that once I passed that, it would be smooth sailing. That was nothing but a LIE. Once I began classes I immediately went to him and expressed concerns again because I knew nothing of what I would need to do in the class to pass. He literally laughed it off, told me not to worry and again that it was all very basic. I knew better. I went above his head and spoke to the dean and a few others because I felt like I had been totally lied to. Had he told me the truth, I would not have spent more than 2 minutes in that facility and I certainly would not have attended there. They all blew off my concerns and pretty much pushed it off on me like I needed to do what I needed to do to learn how to do things since I chose to go there. I quickly failed and withdrew instead of staying and taking everything again. This left me with nearly $7,000 debt in college loans which I get constant threatening phone calls about, and now they are calling my family and friends which I have no idea how they got their phone numbers. It has made my life a living hell and nobody anywhere will help me. I had some serious medical issues which left me unable to work until recently. I lost my car, my job, and my home 3 times now. They keep telling me I can apply for assistance programs yet the only way you qualify for them is if you pay this big fee right then. The only 2 things I learned going there was don't believe what they tell you, and how to do power point, neither of which is worth $7,000. All of my teachers except one were fired after I left (which nobody seems to know why) not to mention the fact that every single one of them was still attending college on their own time. One even called me at home months after I left to ask me why I left. I told her the truth about what happened. Her class was the one I enjoyed the most and I did well in, but without passing the other I could go nowhere. ITT is nothing but a rip off. It's nothing but lies just to get you in the door. I wouldn't go back even if it was free, because I know it's just a bunch of crap. Thank GOD I did not stay and end up owing $33,390 for repeating the classes.
