Fraudulent misleading liars misrepresentation unfair and very unprofessional loan lending

Beneficial Household Finance is not Beneficial! We have had several issues with them when we got a second Mortgage with them. We made several complaints to the State of Michigan, Financial Instituitions Bureau, and others. Beneficial screwed us financially and we are still suffering. They have been misrepresenting loan terms and failing to help us. They have not properly disclosed material to their borrowers. They have overpromised on everything they told us. We have been charged higher interest rates than promised, and we were led to be getting a low interest rate and all the sudden it's almost doubled!

Beneficial has violated our trust and won't even come to help clean up their mess they made. We have been screwed in more ways than one. We have had not only the interest rate issue, but they have done much worse. We have been trapped into a very costly and painful loan experience. Nothing about our loan was clearly disclosed. We have had costly prepayment penalities, Beneficial has not paid our real estate taxes on time and we were charged interest (which Beneficial had agreed to pay on time), they have raped our checking account on 3 different occasions (taking out more than they were authorized), the appraisal that was done by the company was totally unfair and was low-balled to place a low value on our house, so they could charge us more to keep us at their terms and not what it really should have been.

We almost lost our f—king house because of their misleading practices. They have caused all sorts of checks that bounced by raping the checking account and as a result the check that bounced at my son's daycare has caused another battle.

Because Beneficial bounced the check to my son's daycare, my son was neglected and hurt while in her care, which we had to go to court over. Thankfully we won that battle, but now Beneficial needs to pay to. When we told Beneficial what happened, they said it wasn't their fault and this had nothing to do with my son getting hurt. They said it didn't matter to them. I got news for you dumb asses - My son Matters and Beneficial will pay.

By all their mistakes, our credit is f—ked and we asked them to correct it - but they wouldn't. We have made several attempt to try and work it out and they wouldn't cooperate. Their collection department has been very rude and crude. What nerve to they have to be rude after what scams and fast ones they pulled. They have scammed over 10,000 people in Michigan alone. Nationwide they have scammed 500,000 if not more. Then they told us at one point - that we couldn't take our loan elsewhere without paying some kind of fee, what the hell is that?
We can't take my loan anywhere now, because my credit is screwed.

We are so tired of lies and being screwed - it's Beneficial's turn! What goes around comes around! Not only will you have our lawyer after you, but probably thousands more - it's public now and people are pissed. We are so digusted.
