Took money from my checking account illegally

I wanted to boost my credit and they promised me $7,500.00 worth of credit where i would shop off the internet. They were going to send me a card with an account # so I could shop. Well I have never received anything and they were to take 29.95 from my account. When I just received my bank statement today I noticed a deduction of $89.95 from usa credit. I can not get into there site at all to get any info. Its like they dont exist when I try to get in. First thing Tues I will be at my bank to try and reverse the transaction. This company should not be allowed to be on the internet or even do any businessat all. THere should be some kind of class action suit against them.
