Deceptive and Fraudgulant

In October of 07 I faxed back a request to stop spam faxing our mobilehome park as we had no need for the services being pushed on us. I stated to this entity that they were costing us money (paper, fax ribbon) and that there contacting us was sensless. I signed the fax sheet to simply authenticate the request to sease and decist.

Now, I'm in possesion of over 23 past due notices. It looks like they scanned my name onto another document, maybe used power point to clean it up and make it look like a past due invoice. I've tried to no avail to contact this company, but can't find them anywhere, #365 appears to be a P.O. Box???
