Big ripoff!

I literally bought into the cca company and have tried to cancel the card via telephone and now mail. I have spoken with a customer rep. He went over all my charges and at the end after i told him that my bank account was closing, that i had no money to pay and that i was cancelling he said i still will owe another 199.00 dollars in lieu of the 128.99 that was just deducted from my bank account. All i want is to be rid of these people. Please help.
