Ripoff How to get your money back! From an inside

Hello-

This report comes from an inside source. For all of you customers that have been screwed over by purchasing the Epil Stop & Spray, called for a refund only to find out that IGIA is screwing you outta your s&h. Or to those people that wanted the 2 for 1 offer, but where never told that to purchase this, one had to be purchased at the regular price. So you thought your order was only 30.00 and got a bill for around 80.00. Well to put it nicely, the company doesnt give a shit if you where mislead by the commercial, or the telemarketers your order was placed with.in fact they depend on this type of miscommunication for profit.

So, now, you've received your order to find A. It doesnt work worth a shit, or burns (probably due to the major ingredient Thioglycolic Acid) B. You have been over charged, or C. Told one price by the telemarketer only to find it cost more (they dont tell you that shipping and handling applies to everything).

At this point your probably pissed off, and wanting a return. Call customer service to find out 1. You have to pay to send it back 2. All the s&h you where not told about, your not gonna get back. 3. If you dispute the s&h you have to write (no phone # at all) to the corp. Office in New York and await a response. The response will be a discount on your next order.

Here's what you do: After receiving your order, if dissatisfied call customer service and tell them that this product had burned the hell outta you. Make it sound like you have blisters (then again alot of you have) and BINGO they (the customer service reps) have the okay from the corp office to refund you the product total as well as shipping and handling.

A word of advise, sound convincing. This way the company doesnt get the s&h.

Lets just say Im a ex-disgruntal employee for these bandits. And I never agreed with their tactics, or lack of morales. I hope this helps some of you. Till then,
