University Of Phoenix
This UOP has falsely quired loans on my name and inflted charges for what they claim i owe them

I attended the university of phoenix for about a year in total. I quickly found that all they were interested in was getting money. The financial councilor if thats what you want to call her was very pushy and forceful in getting me to apply for loans. The more the better. When I realized this and decided to leave them they made up claims that I owed them $5000, they than somewhow got a loan from citi assist in my name! The loan is current, as if I am in classes now but I am not! The loan is for $4000. Right after that they reported me to a collection agency for the rest of the money.

At this point my so called financial councler will not answer my calls. And all of her buddies in the office support her, intercept calls and hang up or speak rudely on the phone. I was just kind of lot as to what steps I should take next until my older sister suggested that I look into filing a suit. So here we are.
