I went to my bank the other day and found an unclear debit come out of my account of 31.98. I have not authorized this to be done and don't even know these people. It created an overdraft on my account and I am going to pursue legal action. I have not authorized these people to go into my account and I am stressed over this matter. How would these people like for this to happen to them. I know this is fraud and what can be done about it.?
