AKA PCDI Wanted to get a BA in Criminal Justice and for Four years still waiting on books for my second assignment

In 2004 I decided to go back to school and get a BA in Criminal Justice that way I could be able to work in the field of Social Services. I started my exams and since I didn't have a computer at the time, I was mailing in my assignments. I call to see what was my score on my test and to see when I will be getting my next assignments. I waited almost 45mins to an hour before I got to speak to anyone, and when I did they would tell me that they have sent my test scores and books to my address they had on file. It was the correct address and all but still I didn't get any of my test scores at all. Still I paid my monthly tuition every month and called every week to see what was going on. Since I worked Monday thru Friday it was hard for me to wait for a person on the phone during my lunch hour I decided to finally purchase a computer; but even though I had set up my email to do my courses on line, I couldn't even get through. I was back to calling the school and waiting to an hour to talk to someone and when I did they would tranfer me to another department and then to another one, finally after all the phone games they would disconnect me.

I didn't realize that I wasn't the only person. I have paid all my program tuition in October and still a didn't recieve any of my books. Again I called the school to find out what in the hell was going on i finally recieved one.in January. Now that i have finished my exams for the book they sent me, I have not yet again recieve any of my test scores and the worst part of it, the school told me that I haven't done any of the assignments they have sent to me so far. I was so angry I decided to file a report about it.
