Ordered a singular bag, declined offers for more and was sent and charged for more

My husband suggested that I order an organizing purse that was sold on TV. I called the number and dealt with the automated system for about twenty minutes. Repeatedly they offered other items and a deal on multiples of the purse, I declined all offers.

I received the package and found two bags within, but no order form receipt or information. I checked my bank account and found that I was charged for both. After seeing it I did not even want the original one I ordered let alone a duplicate.

I do not even know how to contact them and I hope nothing more comes to my home from them.
