I submitted a loan with the lending institution know as Equalizer Solutions for one of my clients. They provide unsecured lines of credit. I sent them an executed contract by myself and the file closed. They did not sign the contract but still closed the loan I sent them and after further discussion Quincy Lee said that he flat out was not going to pay me or my company. Do not do business with this man. It is from people like him that our mortgage industry is in the shape that it is in.
