Multiple, excessive overdraft charges

Fifth Third bank opened multiple branches in the Orlando area in January. I opened an account as the payroll company that my job utilized had an account with them.

On the weekend of January 20th-22 (a holiday weekend) I was charged overdraft fees in excess of $300.00-on an overdraft of a little over $400.

I complained to my account manager Kim and the branch manager B arbara. Kim said they were told by the regional manager that if I filled out a credit application, they would remove $33.00, and if I filled out a home equity line of credit they would remove half of the overdraft.
I instructed her to close the account immediately.
