They make employees lie and do not pay employees what they are told

I was working for Universal gas and Electric for 4 months. Driving my own vehicle, and spending my own money in gas, I was told I would get reimbursed for mileage. 4 Months go by and there promises were not kept.

There capped price is a rip off, they teach you to lie to customers, and make them belive they will be saving money on there natural gas, when you are raising the customers price. The Utility companys quoted they will not be that high, so before you or someone you know think of signing with UGE, have them call there utility.

It is a commision based company, you get paid from the people you enroll. When I started they had a policy if the customer cancelled within 30 days of signing you got that commision taken back your next pay period.By the time i left they never shared the new policy of cancelling customers, I noticed on my paychecks post 30 day cancellation, we were not suppose to get that money taken away after 30 days.

I dont think I need to explain myself anymore, Universal gas and electric, is a rip-off! They are trying to get Michigan approval to cap your electricity rates, let us pray that does not happen. They do not care about employees that they make work 9-9 mon-sat. With no hourly pay.
