Favor Frenzy
This company can not be trusted!

I am a wedding planner and placed an order on December 28 with this company. I was foolish to give them my credit card info, which they ran through immediately. I emailed them wanting a phone number so that I could contact them if my items did not come on time, as I had paid alot for 3 day shipping and needed everything before Jan. 12. They did not write me back with a phone number, but instead told me that they were processing my order. After 2 days, I emailed again and was told that my order could not be shipped by FedEx to my P.O. Box, so I gave them my physical address.

After a few days, my order still did not come and upon emailing them again on Jan. 5th, I was told my order was in transit and would be to me within 5 to 7 business days... By this time I was furious. I still did not get my order by the 9th, so I researched the company on the Better Business Bureau's web site and found a phone number and a P.O. Box for the company... Of course no one answered. The company also had a record of 26 complaints against them for the same reasons! I emailed them again and was told the items were in transit, which I knew was not true as I had contacted Fed Ex and they had no proof of an order on it's way to my address. I emailed them asking for a tracking number and proof of shipping and was never given one.

Then, after filing a complaint with the BBB, they emailed me back and said the package never was mailed because I had given them my P.O. Box!!!

This company then asked me if I wanted a refund! Of course, this was January 10 and it's the 25th and I still have not received a refund. It is amazing to me that with a little research, I found the police department that is near this "pretend" company, and upon calling them and asking for help, I was told that I would have to file a report with my local law agency before they could do anything. I find it hard to believe that a police department in the location that this has went on in can't take the phone number and address of this company, proof of many people getting ripped off and stolen from from the BBB, and documented emails and bank records and do something about this company conducting business in this way. Needless to say, I am not only out $221 for my order, but also $300 at the last minute to do the wedding I needed the products for. Moments after calling the police department, I received an email from Favor Frenzy stating that my money had been put back onto my credit card. Isn't that a coincidence? Of course,
my bank says that it hasn't, as it would have shown up immediately. I sincerely doubt that I will ever get my money back. I have learned a big lesson from this... The Better Business Bureau ONLY keeps information... They do not do anything with it... The Consumer Affairs Department of California DOES NOT handle retail cases... And the Covina Police Department will not do a reverse search on who a phone number belongs to (they wanted me to do that and call them back with the name and physical address of who is behind Favor Frenzy, this costing me another $15 to get researched! Before they would do anything) or else I would have to file a report with my local law enforcement department and get my local department to get in touch with them with the information they found on the company.

I have learned that no one wants to do their job in these so called "protective consumer agencies" and that I will never again trust an internet mail order company!
