I am one of many teachers who has had a check bounce working under this person - Dana Williams. She owes me money that I am waiting on. But I won't hold my breath.
She owes other teachers as well. I cannot tell you how much this school (person or supposed 'partners') possibly owes teachers alone. I cannot imagine what has been owed to families out there believing they will be able to have a college prep. Online high school education. We all worked for her remotely.
This is a virtual school that is not accredited by SACS. It is listed like a private school, not public.
It is not a school I would work for if you want to be paid for services as a teacher. There are many odd inconsistencies. Many red flags.
I am angry to hear that any parent and student has not been treated fairly by this school. And I am outraged that anyone working under this school would not be paid correctly, on time, or just not paid at all. What a shame!

Www.crescentprephs.com and www.thevirtualhomeschool.com also look like 2 dfferent schools with different locations.
They are in fact one in the same. Same phone numbers-both answering to "Crescent Prep-Can I help you?" Yet different addresses.
Make your own judgement, if you will, but these schools smell like a scam.
