I wanted to better myself in life instead I was robbed from that, now stuck with a loan I can't pay

I went to Harrison Career Institute to better myself in life, instead I was robbed of that, now stuck with a loan that I can't pay. I started attending classes in 2005 to become a medical office specialist. I attended for about 3 months. I had just had a baby and my baby was very ill, I took him to the doctor, but he contunued to be ill. I did not want to drop out of school, so I spoke with the director and he told me I could take a leave of absence of two weeks. He said that I had to type up a letter sign it and give it to him, so I did.

When I decided to return which was in 2 weeks, my teacher and the director told me I could not return, because they have it down as me automatically dropping out. I was devasted and cried. They also told me that I had to pay off my loan. I argued with them telling them what he told me to do when I left before the two weeks, and he said he did not remeber me telling him that.

I made the mistake of typing the letter on the schools computer and they would not let me go to the room to print the letter once again and I was escorted off of the school grounds. I was embarrassed and highly upset. I don't understand why I have to pay this loan.
