Smooth, talking web designer takes money does nothing

Glenn Still is a smooth talking con man that is in the web design business. He was supposed to build a website for $7,500 and have the work completed in (30) days. He was paid $5,000 and did not complete any phase of the work. We tried to get our funds back through pay pal but there system is archaic. They said because it was not a product but was a service they could not try and get our money back.

This guy is on the move to avoid the "trackers" that are after him. If, you have any dealings with this company or man, you should think twice.
